President Donald Trump recently spoke to reporters at a White House construction site. Cameras captured highly detailed images of the 79 year old leader on Tuesday.
He visited the location to discuss his new ballroom project. The Mirror US reports that he described the building as a protective shield for secret military construction happening below ground.
However, observers quickly noticed something unusual about his physical appearance. Photographers captured thick layers of makeup completely covering his hand.
Medical speculation
The heavy cosmetics appeared to hide severe bruising that has developed recently. Social media users immediately began analyzing the startling images.
One disturbed observer on X wrote, ‘It’s not every day that you see a person rot in real time. It makes you wonder how long he has before he’s no longer able to function.’
A different commenter simply stated, ‘No amount of makeup can cover up that mess.’
Previous excuses
The administration previously attempted to explain these recurring dark marks. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt addressed similar marks on his right hand last July.
She blamed that specific injury on excessive handshaking combined with daily aspirin usage. A completely different bruise then appeared on his left hand during a January trip to Switzerland.
According to the Mirror US, the president claimed he simply clipped his hand on a table in Davos.
Dozing off
These cosmetic concerns arrive alongside other serious questions regarding his physical stamina. Staff members have repeatedly spotted him drifting to sleep during vital Cabinet meetings.
He recently appeared to completely nod off during a live television broadcast in the Oval Office. He sat with his eyes closed while Robert F Kennedy Jr delivered a speech right next to him.
Navy Reserve officer Ammar Campa-Najjar told commentator Joe Gallina that the daytime behavior is worse. ‘What concerns me more is not what he’s doing when he’s asleep, but when he’s AWAKE. His 3 am tweets and the crazy s*** that he says,’ the former congressional candidate argued.
‘I don’t think this president’s fit to serve, absolutely not,’ he concluded.
