She endorsed him the day before the 2024 election.
The day before the 2024 US presidential election, former Fox News host Megyn Kelly endorsed Donald Trump for president of the United States.
At a rally in Pittsburgh, she called him a “protector of women”.
Fast forward to May 2026, and Kelly has clearly split with the now-president, claiming that the POTUS has a track record of cheating on his wives.
And not just some of them.
“Every wife he’s had”
Kelly recently used an appearance on the conservative Hodgetwins Podcast to launch intense personal attacks against Donald Trump.
Speaking on Friday’s episode, Kelly targeted the president’s marital history, arguing that his past leaves little room for him to judge others.
“Trump has cheated on every wife he’s had,” Kelly stated during the broadcast.
She specifically highlighted the high-profile media circus surrounding his first divorce.
“He met Marla Maples while he was still married to the mother of his children, Ivana. It was all over the New York papers. It was like he was proud of the affair!” Kelly told the hosts.

Resurfacing old claims
The broadcaster then brought up a highly controversial legal matter from the past. Kelly reminded listeners of a serious accusation made during Trump’s bitter 1990 divorce.
Kelly noted that his first wife, Ivana, had previously accused Donald Trump of forcing himself on her, although Ivana later retracted the accusations.
Kelly also clarified that she did not know whether the allegation was true.
Kelly and Trump’s relationship
As noted, Kelly endorsed Trump in the 2024 presidential election. She has also stated that she voted for Trump in that same election.
Since helping to get Trump elected in 2024, however, Kelly has distanced herself from the Trump administration, especially because of its foreign policy. She has been a vocal critic of the conflict in Iran.
