Public attention focused sharply on President Donald Trump after fresh White House footage began spreading online. Viewers zoomed in on a rigid, boxy protrusion beneath his tailored suit jacket.
Sharing the clip on X, journalist Aaron Rupar brought huge attention to the outline. “I once again ask what sort of contraption Trump is wearing around his a–,” Rupar wrote.

Online commentators quickly offered wildly different explanations for the awkward silhouette. Old hashtags flared up again.
Some onlookers felt completely certain about what they were seeing in the footage. “I know a full diaper when I see one,” one user claimed on X according to The Irish Star.
Others joined in with sharp mockery. “America, run by a man in diapers,” another observer wrote. Debate raged over whether the outline pointed to incontinence issues.
