Monday, the Israeli military allowed five trucks of emergency aid to enter Gaza.
According to BBC, Israel’s far-right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said at a press conference, that “the bare minimum will reach the population – simply so the world doesn’t stop us and accuse us of war crimes.”
Civilians, he says, will receive one pita and a plate of food – “that’s it”.
Widespread condemnation

The renewed military offensive in Gaza has recieved widespread condemnation, and monday, a joint statement from the UK, France and Canada was released.
“We will not hesitate”

In the statement, the leaders of the three countries threatens Israel with sanctions, if the renewed offensive and aid blockade is not lifted.
“The Israeli Government’s denial of essential humanitarian assistance to the civilian population is unacceptable and risks breaching International Humanitarian Law,” the joint statement released by the British government said.
“We will not hesitate to take further action, including targeted sanctions.”
Israel: UK, France, Canada is inviting more atrocities

According to Reuters, Netanyahu responded to the statement by saying that the three leaders are “offering a huge prize for the genocidal attack on israel on October 7 while inviting more atrocities”.

According to Hamas controlled health authorities in Gaza, more than 53,000 people have been killed in Gaza since the Israeli ground and air war started in late 2023.
