Vitamin gummies sold nationwide are being recalled.
If you’ve recently purchased vitamin B12 gummies from Aldi, BJ’s, Amazon, or VitaGlobe’s website, it’s time to check your bottles.
A nationwide recall has been issued for specific lots of B12 gummy vitamins due to an undeclared peanut allergen, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced.

Three vitamin B12 gummy products are included in the recall:

These products were sold both in stores and online, including through Amazon and the respective retailers’ websites.
Routine testing by Aldi revealed the presence of a peanut allergen that was not disclosed on the product label.
While no adverse reactions or illnesses have been reported so far, the presence of undeclared peanuts poses a serious risk to individuals with peanut allergies.
People with peanut allergies could experience severe reactions, including anaphylaxis, which may cause symptoms like hives, swelling, difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, throat tightness, or even cardiac arrest.
Anyone experiencing signs of anaphylaxis should seek emergency medical attention immediately.
What to Do
If you have any of these products:
- Stop using them immediately.
- Return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
- Dispose of any affected bottles safely if returning is not an option.
