Reports claim the tainted water triggered seizures, unconsciousness, and, in at least four confirmed cases, death.

Another theory is that the state of the soldiers is a result of the Russian soldiers having to drink water from puddles and streams, because they have insufficient water supplies.

In another video, a soldier is seen doubled over in pain, unable to respond when asked if he drank any water recently.
Witnesses describe him as being “really bad,” too sick to speak as others rush to assist.
Poisoning Linked to Humanitarian Supply
The contaminated water was reportedly delivered to Russian troops in Panteleimonivka, a settlement in Ukraine’s occupied Donetsk region.
Shockingly, it’s said to have arrived as part of a humanitarian aid shipment meant for the soldiers.
“Our Water”
The bottled water was branded “Our Water” and is believed to have originated from Simferopol, the capital of Crimea — a territory annexed by Russia in 2014.
Kremlin Media Calls for Urgent Probe
Pro-Kremlin outlet Tsargrad has demanded an immediate investigation.
The channel raised key questions: “Who supplied the water, how did it reach frontline troops, and who might have tampered with it?”
Suspicions of Ukrainian Sabotage — But No Proof
Russian military bloggers have pointed fingers at Ukraine, suspecting a sabotage plot.
However, no concrete evidence has surfaced to support these claims, and the origin of the poisoning remains unclear.
Drug Overdose Cover-Up?
A Ukrainian source cast doubt on the poisoning narrative, suggesting the symptoms might have resulted from drug overdoses.
The theory implies Russian commanders may be blaming “poisoned water” to deflect from possible drug abuse within the ranks.
