Clinton’s Name Surfaces in Epstein Scandal

Former President Bill Clinton has been named as one of nearly 50 high-profile figures who contributed letters to a professionally bound birthday album for Jeffrey Epstein, created in 2003 by Ghislaine Maxwell.

The Wall Street Journal described Clinton as “the biggest name on the album,” reigniting scrutiny over his past ties to the disgraced financier.

Trump’s Explicit Letter Triggered Legal Action

Just last week, the Journal revealed that Donald Trump had also written a sexually suggestive letter to Epstein.

That revelation prompted Trump to launch a libel lawsuit against Rupert Murdoch, Dow Jones, and several journalists.

The note reportedly contained “obscene” content and featured in the same album now drawing further attention.

Clinton’s Note: Sentimental, Not Salacious

Clinton’s letter struck a more reflective tone.

“It’s reassuring… to have held out for so long… and still have that childlike curiosity,” he wrote, according to excerpts cited by the Journal.

A Clinton spokesperson declined further comment, instead referring to previous statements that the former president had cut ties with Epstein long before his 2019 arrest.

Album Features Big Names Across Sectors

Besides Clinton and Trump, the album reportedly includes letters from billionaire Leon Black, fashion designer Vera Wang, media mogul Mortimer Zuckerman, and attorney Alan Dershowitz.

The range of names illustrates Epstein’s deep web of connections in finance, politics, and entertainment.

Some Letters Raise Eyebrows

Several of the notes reportedly included explicit or bizarre content.

One poem by Leon Black likened Epstein to Hemingway’s fisherman, while Les Wexner contributed a drawing resembling female anatomy.

Vera Wang even jokingly suggested Epstein should be a contestant on The Bachelor.

Bizarre Images and African Safari Tales

Former Microsoft executive Nathan Myhrvold’s letter promised “more fitting” birthday images from an African safari, including zebras mating and a monkey screaming.

His spokesperson said Myhrvold does not recall sending such content but often shares photos related to animal behavior and science.

British Politician Calls Epstein ‘My Best Friend’

Labour Party figure Peter Mandelson referred to Epstein as “my best friend” in his note and included photos of whiskey and a tropical island.

Though the Journal sought comment, his representatives declined to respond to the revelations.

Trump’s Longstanding Praise of Epstein

In addition to the birthday letter, Trump once inscribed a copy of his book The Art of the Comeback to Epstein with the note: “To Jeff — You’re the best!”

The book was dated October 1997, the month of its release, further tying the two men’s social history.

The New York Times unearthed a previously unseen photograph of Trump and Epstein posing with singer James Brown.

While the photo’s exact date and location are unclear, Brown often performed in Atlantic City, where Trump owned a casino, further placing the two men in overlapping circles.
