Land Rover Discovery – 216 Days
Despite its premium badge, the Land Rover Discovery is showing its age. With the current generation dating back to 2017 and only minor updates since, 1,664 examples remain unsold, equating to a 216-day supply.
Kia EV6 – 217 Days
Launched in 2021, Kia’s sleek electric crossover is facing sluggish demand. Nearly 5,000 EV6s are sitting on dealer lots, giving it a 217-day market supply. A 2025 refresh aims to revive interest.
Porsche Taycan – 229 Days
Porsche’s flagship EV wowed at launch, but sales have cooled. More than 1,900 Taycans remain unsold, with only 378 sold in the past 45 days. Even Porsche admits it’s struggling to shift stock.
Ram 2500 – 233 Days
Heavy-duty trucks usually sell steadily, but the Ram 2500 has slowed. Despite moving over 1,600 units in 45 days, 8,321 remain unsold, creating a 233-day supply.
Nissan Murano – 234 Days
A brand-new redesign hasn’t helped Nissan’s Murano find buyers. With over 20,000 units on lots and just under 4,000 sold recently, the mid-size SUV faces a 234-day inventory.
Jaguar F-Pace – 239 Days
Jaguar’s production pause ahead of a relaunch has left the F-Pace languishing. There are 2,829 units unsold, with a market supply of 239 days.
Audi Q4 E-Tron – 271 Days
Audi’s compact electric SUV is struggling for visibility against bigger EV siblings. More than 2,500 Q4 E-Trons remain on lots, equating to 271 days of supply.
Volkswagen ID.4 – 297 Days
Once a hot seller, VW’s ID.4 has seen demand cool sharply. With over 6,000 units unsold and fewer than 1,000 sold in 45 days, its market supply sits at 297 days.
Audi A6 – 409 Days
As the new electric A6 E-Tron arrives, the outgoing petrol model lingers. More than 3,000 are still on lots, leading to a 409-day supply.
Audi S6 – 482 Days
The slowest seller of the year so far, the Audi S6 has just 61 sales in 45 days. Even with only 653 in stock, it represents an eye-watering 482-day supply.
Why These Cars Are Sticking Around
Many of these vehicles face ageing designs, shifting consumer preferences, and growing competition from newer models. The slowdown is particularly acute among electric vehicles and higher-end luxury sedans.
What This Means for Buyers
Slow sales often mean big discounts. If you’re willing to overlook age or lower demand, these models could represent some of the best bargaining opportunities in 2025.
