Aldi has issued a multi-state recall on two seasonal snack products after discovering they contain undeclared allergens.
The company is urging shoppers to check their holiday treats before consuming them.
What’s being recalled
The recall covers two Silvestri Sweets Inc. items sold under Aldi’s Choceur brand:
- Choceur Pecan, Cranberry & Cinnamon Holiday Bark (5-oz bags) — contains undeclared wheat
- Choceur Cookie Butter Holiday Bark (5-oz bags) — contains undeclared pecans
The issue could pose serious health risks for people with wheat or pecan allergies.

Aldi warns that anyone with allergies to wheat or pecans may experience reactions ranging from mild symptoms to anaphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening emergency.
Customers experiencing difficulty breathing, swelling, or other severe reactions should call 911 immediately.
What to do
Consumers are advised to discard the products or return them to any Aldi store for a full refund, no receipt required.
