Shocking footage circulating online has intensified scrutiny of US immigration enforcement. The video shows a woman being forcibly removed from her vehicle during a confrontation with federal agents, as protests continue to spread.

Recent backdrop
According to LADbible, on 7 January 2026, Renee Nicole Good, 37, was shot and killed by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in the Minneapolis area. The incident sparked protests nationwide and intensified political tensions
Video from that encounter showed Good speaking with Agent Jonathan Ross before she allegedly clipped him with her car.
Authorities say the agent fired after she attempted to drive away. The Trump administration later described Good as a “domestic terrorist”, while the Department of Homeland Security labelled her a “violent rioter”.
Street confrontation
ICE operations continued in Minnesota following the shooting. On 13 January, another confrontation unfolded during protests in the state.

Footage shows an unidentified woman being dragged from her car by ICE agents as she clung to the driver’s side door. Multiple agents, some wearing masks and sunglasses, were seen restraining her as onlookers shouted at law enforcement to stop.
The Independent reported that the woman was believed to be trying to wedge agents between her vehicle and another car.
Woman’s account
During the incident, the woman could be heard shouting: “I’ve been beat up by police before. I’m disabled, I’m trying to go to the doctor up there, that’s why I couldn’t move.
“I am an autistic disabled person, I’m trying to go to the doctor.”
At least three male agents were involved in forcing her to the ground after removing her from the car. Her seat belt appeared to pull at her neck before she was handcuffed. After being led away, she was reportedly thrown to the ground again while restrained.

A bystander shouted: “Where is your humanity?” while others described the scene as “so f***ed up” and said: “All you do is hurt.”
Official response
LADBIBLE reported that Homeland Security has been contacted for comment. Officials say at least 60 people have been charged in Minnesota over the past five days for impeding or assaulting immigration authorities.
ICE ERO Acting Executive Associate Director Marcos Charles told Fox News: “We will be arresting anybody that interferes or impedes in any of these enforcement actions… We’ve already arrested 60… that have got in our way, impeded us or assaulted an officer.”
President Donald Trump later warned of a “day of reckoning” for Minnesota, while the Department of Homeland Security confirmed that around 2,000 federal officers have been deployed to the Minneapolis–St Paul area. Protests have since spread to cities including New York and Washington, DC.
