Consumers are urged to check their refrigerators immediately. Any product matching the UPCs and date ranges should be discarded or returned to the retailer for a refund.

Why it matters

While no illnesses have been reported, Listeria infection can be dangerous, especially for adults over 65, people with weakened immune systems, pregnant individuals and young children.

Symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain.

Anyone experiencing symptoms after eating the recalled cheese should seek medical care promptly.
