A mother of two managed to lose 30 kg in just six months. Now, she has shared how she achieved this remarkable feat.
Losing weight can be challenging if you don't know how to approach it. Many believe they need to cut out all the fun from their lives, but it doesn't have to be that way.
Rooxy is a prime example of this, having managed to lose 30 kg in six months. Impressively, she did this without joining a gym or giving up fast food.
In a TikTok video, Rooxy shared, "This is how I lost 30 kg in 6 months." When she started her weight loss journey, her scale read 87 kg. Six months later, a lighter and happier Rooxy stepped on the scale to see 56 kg.
In the video, she also shared before and after photos. In the before photo, she is seen with her daughter, wearing loose clothing that hides her figure. In the after photo, she confidently wears a crop-top, showcasing her regained self-confidence.
Moreover, she used the video to explain how she managed to lose weight without giving up her favorite food. "Eat high-protein food," is her first tip, as reported by Dagens.dk
She also emphasized the importance of staying hydrated, which she achieved by drinking two liters of unsweetened tea every day. Additionally, she mentioned that the key to weight loss is maintaining a calorie deficit.
Remarkably, she managed to lose weight without a single visit to the gym. Instead, she performed fun and energetic dance exercises at home, which aided her weight loss.
To ensure it wasn't all dry and dull, she didn't deprive herself of sweet treats. Instead, she swapped them for healthier alternatives like rice cakes topped with strawberries and chocolate.
In the comments section, many praised her for her impressive transformation. Some users inquired about her specific dance training routine.
"You look great. Thanks for sharing this. Where do you find your dance training?" one user wrote.
"Motivation. I need to lose this baby weight," another user commented.
"Amazing transformation," a third user praised Rooxy.
"Wow. Well done. You look beautiful and fantastic. Not that you weren't before," a fourth user commented.
"You've done a great job," a fifth user added.
