Snapple is celebrating the New York Knicks’ NBA championship with the release of just 100 limited-edition collectible bottles, which will be hidden across New York City.

New York Knicks fans now have a new collectible to hunt for after the team’s historic NBA championship triumph.

Snapple has unveiled a special commemorative bottle honoring the Knicks’ title win, but fans will have to track them down through a citywide treasure hunt.

Championship tribute

According to People, Snapple announced a limited-edition glass bottle celebrating the Knicks’ NBA Finals victory over the San Antonio Spurs.

The collectible marks the franchise’s first championship in more than five decades and is being released in extremely limited numbers.

Only 100 bottles will be made available.

Mystery locations

Rather than selling the bottles in stores, Snapple is distributing them through a series of undisclosed locations across New York City.

According to People, the company will reveal clues throughout the week to help fans locate the collectibles.

New York content creator @meals_by_cug has partnered with the beverage brand to help share hints about where the bottles can be found.

“It’s a citywide search for this once-in-a-lifetime collectible,” Snapple said in a statement.

A New York moment

The company described the promotion as a celebration of both the Knicks’ success and New York culture.

“It’s not just a collab – it’s a moment,” Snapple said.

“A championship, bottled by an iconic New York brand. A drop fans want to find. Pure New York.”

According to People, Snapple also reported that its announcement became the most-engaged post in the brand’s history on Instagram.

Emotional victory

The Knicks secured the championship by defeating the Spurs 94-90 in Game 5 on June 13.

Star guard Jalen Brunson later described the emotional aftermath of the victory, particularly the moment he embraced his father, Knicks assistant coach Rick Brunson.

“It was definitely more emotional than I thought it was going to be right away,” Brunson said.
