There are many great, in fact, fantastic things in the USA, but there are also areas where, according to some people, the USA falls short. For instance, one thing that deters many Europeans from moving to the USA is the healthcare system, where not having the right insurance can lead to financial ruin if one falls ill.

It's not just hospital bills, but also the cost of medication at pharmacies that can be prohibitively expensive for many. This was also underscored by Joe Biden in his speech to Congress, where he mentioned, among other things, that Americans looking for affordable medication would need to travel to Toronto, Berlin, or even Moscow.

"I'll get in trouble if I say this, but if you want inexpensive drugs, you need to fly to Toronto, Berlin, Moscow. Sorry, but even to Moscow, probably," he said, as broadcasted on the White House website.

Biden pointed out that in Russia,, medications are available at prices 40% lower than in the USA.

He emphasized, "Same manufacturers, same drugs," to indicate that the products are identical but the pricing is vastly different.

Do you think that medicine and hospitals are generally too expensive in the USA, or are you satisfied with the current setup?
