Brazilian singer dies at 28 following spider bite

Tragedy struck the music world as 28-year-old Brazilian singer Darlyn Morais passed away after a venomous spider bit him on October 31st.

The incident led to severe allergic reactions, fatigue, and exhaustion, eventually resulting in his hospitalization.

Despite medical efforts, Morais could not be saved and succumbed to the effects of the bite, as reported by Daily Mail.

The incident also affected his 18-year-old stepdaughter, who was bitten as well and is currently hospitalized in stable condition.

The family expressed their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support through a story on the band's Instagram profile. They announced that Darlyn's brother and partner, Juninho Morais, would continue to manage his Instagram account.

Darlyn Morais, who entered the music industry at 15, was known for his performances in the popular Brazilian genre of forró, which he played alongside his brother and a friend. They had plans for a live performance in 2024, intended to be released on DVD.

Morais is survived by his wife, their two children, and his stepdaughter. His untimely death has left a void in the Brazilian music scene and among his fans worldwide.
