The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, shared the grim news via Telegram, reporting that the assault occurred around 2 p.m., affecting the areas of Liptsi and Malaya Danylivka within the district.

The attack set a shop and a pharmacy ablaze, creating a chaotic and dangerous situation for residents and emergency responders.

"There may be people under the rubble," Sinegubov wrote on Telegram.
