Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary for the President of Russia, has commented on Ukraine's accusations implicating Russia in the poisoning of Kirill Budanov, the Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's wife.

Peskov dismissed these allegations as standard accusations, a pattern he suggests has become typical in Ukraine's stance towards Russia.

"Ukraine blames Russia for everything. It seems they even blame us for their existence. These are usual accusations," Peskov stated during a press conference, as reported by URA.RU correspondent.

These remarks come amidst a backdrop of heightened tensions between Russia and Ukraine following Russia's invasion.

The situation around Budanov's wife's alleged poisoning remains unclear, with limited information available.

The Russian government has consistently denied involvement in various incidents that Ukraine and Western countries have attributed to it. This stance is part of a larger strategy by Russia to counter what it perceives as a Western bias against it.
