Mark Epstein has publicly dismissed Donald Trump’s claims of a distant relationship with his late brother, convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
In a new interview, Mark insists that the two men were not just acquaintances but friends, saying:
“They were very friendly. Everyone who was around knew they were very friendly.”
Trump’s Denials Under Scrutiny
Donald Trump has repeatedly denied a close relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, claiming they had a falling out in the mid-2000s.
But Mark Epstein’s comments suggest otherwise.
Speaking to Al Arabiya English, he said: “Trump was in Jeffrey’s office quite a number of times. The people who worked in his office could testify to that.”

Mark Epstein elaborated further, claiming the friendship extended beyond social events.
“They were good friends. They used to travel on each other’s planes. They used to spend time together,” he said.
“There’s lots of photographs of Jeffrey at Mar-a-Lago at different events and Trump’s wedding.”

The Wall Street Journal previously reported that Trump had sent Epstein an intimate letter for his 50th birthday, an allegation Trump has denied.
In response, the president launched a lawsuit against Dow Jones and its owner Rupert Murdoch, branding the reports a hoax.

Despite previously pledging to release files related to Epstein if re-elected, Trump has yet to follow through.
According to the Wall Street Journal, he has allegedly known for months that his name appears in the documents.
Trump continues to deny this, insisting he never visited Epstein’s private island.

Mark Epstein directly challenged Trump’s public statements.
“I don’t know why he said he was never there because that’s a very provable lie,” he said.
This pointed remark adds pressure on Trump to address the growing list of contradictions in his narrative.

Being mentioned in the Epstein files is not evidence of criminal behavior.
