During the night and morning, the Russians carried out two separate shellings on the border areas and settlements in Sumy Oblast.

The communities of Bilopolsk and Esmansk were specifically mentioned in the attacks. Bilopolsk experienced three explosions from mortar fire, while Esmansk suffered one explosion from an FPV drone attack.

The operational command "Pivnich" reported that throughout the previous day, Russian forces fired 30 times using various types of weapons on the border areas of Chernihiv and Sumy regions, resulting in a total of 91 explosions.

In Chernihiv Oblast, the settlements of Tymonovychi, Leonivka, Senkivka, and Krasnyi Khutir came under enemy fire.

In Sumy Oblast, the following settlements were attacked: Turya, Kindrativka, Pavlivka, Volfyne, Stepne, Myropilske, Pokrovka, Obody, Popivka, Oleksandrivka, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Sydorivka, Bilokopytove, Seredyna-Buda, Ulanovka, Vovkivka, Starykove, and Yastrubshchyna.

Preliminary reports suggest that these attacks involved barrel artillery, FPV drones, and mortars.
