No medical records have been released that support these humiliating claims
When public figures step into the spotlight, every detail gets picked apart online.
Sometimes a simple trick of the light or a poorly tailored suit can spark an internet frenzy. And once a wild rumor takes hold, shutting it down is nearly impossible.
Unflattering footage
President Donald Trump recently traveled to Garden City, New York, for a political rally. He appeared on stage to support Bruce Blakeman in a local governor race.
As the event wrapped up, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt filmed a quick clip of her boss. According to Huffpost, she posted the video online, expecting a positive reaction from loyal supporters.
Instead, viewers ignored the message and zoomed in on the president as he walked away. His suit pants looked unusually bulky. That strange visual instantly revived long-standing gossip about his physical health.
Social media explosion
Online commentators wasted no time tearing the footage apart. Journalist Aaron Rupar shared the clip on X with a very pointed question.
“Seriously, what is going on with Trump’s rear end here? It looks like he has some sort of contraption back there,” Rupar wrote.
Others piled on with harsh jokes and health concerns. One user pointed out his unusual posture, bluntly asking “wtf is that?”
That same viewer questioned his basic fitness for office. “You are in no state to be starting wars around the globe, Mr. President,” the user added.
Decades of rumors
These messy claims actually trace back to a former television crew member. Noel Casler worked on Celebrity Apprentice and made several unverified allegations during a 2020 interview with MediasTouch.
Casler stated he witnessed the issue directly. “He’s worn diapers since probably the 90s, but I saw it first-hand in the 2000s on The Celebrity Apprentice in the late 2000s, and we’ve had to stop the show and change him,” he claimed.
The former staffer also claimed the crew gave the television production a crude nickname. According to Casler, the star would soil himself right after losing his temper at writers.
Denying the gossip
Yet despite the relentless online chatter, absolutely no medical records support these humiliating claims. The White House firmly dismisses the gossip.
This is not the first time the internet has jumped to conclusions. Similar rumors erupted back in April after a television broadcast, and fresh claims surfaced again in June.
Government officials insist the 80-year-old president remains in excellent health. They deny that he relies on any kind of adult undergarment for his public appearances.
