48-year-old Paul Frost is set to spend the next two decades in a prison cell.

On Thursday, he was sentenced to a 24-year prison term. This comes after he was found guilty in June of sexually abusing 11 of his former swimming students.

This was reported by the Daily Mail.

Paul Frost, who participated in the Australian version of "MasterChef" in 2009, worked as a teacher in a swimming club in Sydney, where the abuses occurred in the 1990s and 2000s.

The victims consisted of ten boys and one girl, who was just 10 years old when she was first abused.

According to the victims, Paul Frost first started talking about sex, and then it led to rape.

"Paul had built a culture where such things were normal when we were that age in the swimming club. I wanted to be one of the boys, I wanted to be one of the cool kids," explained one.

Paul Frost, who was arrested at his home in September 2019, will be eligible to apply for parole after 24 years.
