Melania Trump Threatens $1 Billion Lawsuit

First Lady Melania Trump has threatened to sue Hunter Biden for more than $1 billion.

The move comes after Biden claimed she was introduced to Donald Trump by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Her lawyers called the claim “false, derogatory, defamatory and provocative.”

The Interview That Sparked the Dispute

Hunter Biden made the controversial statement in an interview with filmmaker Andrew Callaghan.

He alleged that unpublished documents related to Epstein “implicate” Donald Trump and claimed Epstein introduced Melania to him.

The First Lady says there is no evidence for this and calls it a lie.

Trump’s Past Connection With Epstein

Donald Trump was once friends with Jeffrey Epstein but says they fell out in the early 2000s.

According to Trump, the dispute happened after Epstein allegedly poached employees from his Florida golf club’s spa.

Epstein died in prison in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges.

Legal Letter Demands Retraction and Apology

The article’s author, journalist Michael Wolff, allegedly said Melania was linked to an associate of both Epstein and Trump.

Melania’s Version of How She Met Trump

In a 2016 Harper’s Bazaar interview, Melania said she met Donald Trump in November 1998 at a party thrown by a modeling agency founder.

She recalled refusing to give him her number because he was “accompanied” at the time.

Trump was then separated from his second wife, Marla Maples.

The Wider Epstein Files Controversy

The legal threat comes as pressure mounts on the White House to release the so-called Epstein files.
