According to the U.S. government, Russia is allegedly executing soldiers who refuse to participate in the offensive in Eastern Ukraine, as reported by AP.

John Kirby, the Communications Director of the National Security Council of the White House, commented on this:

"We have information that the Russian military has actually executed soldiers who refuse to obey orders."

It is even claimed that Russian officers are threatening to execute entire army troops if they wish to evade Ukrainian artillery fire.

In a White House press conference, John Kirby, the Communications Director of the National Security Council, stated that Russia has intensified its offensive in Eastern Ukraine. He emphasized that the Russian armed forces are suffering significant losses in terms of soldiers and material.

Russia is deploying a large number of poorly trained and poorly equipped soldiers in a tactic similar to "human waves" in combat.

Kirby pointed out that, under these conditions, the morale of the Russian armed forces has understandably suffered.

Upon inquiry, Kirby did not provide further details about the alleged execution of Russian soldiers and did not elaborate on the source of the U.S. information.
