Details of the Attack

"The number of victims in Chuguiv has now risen to seven," stated Sinegubov.

Early reports indicate that the Russian military launched S-400 missiles targeting various structures in the city, including a kindergarten and a private residence. The attack inflicted explosive injuries on several residents.

Among those affected were a 28-year-old man and women aged 22, 55, and 65, all of whom have been admitted to local hospitals for treatment. A 77-year-old woman experienced an acute stress reaction due to the incident.

Two more individuals—a 41-year-old woman and a 42-year-old woman—were hospitalized and are reported to be in stable condition.

In response to the attack, local authorities have initiated criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which addresses violations of the laws and customs of war.
