On the night of February 20th to 21st, Ukraine faced a significant air assault from Russia, which launched six missiles and 19 Shahed kamikaze drones.

According to an official statement from Ukraine's Air Force, the attack included a variety of missile types launched from Russian territories, including a S-300 anti-aircraft guided missile, four Kh-22 cruise missiles, and a Kh-59 guided air missile, alongside 19 Shahed drones.

"As a result of combat work, a Kh-59 guided air missile was destroyed in Poltava Oblast, and 13 of the 19 Shahed drones were downed within Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk oblasts," the report states.

The report further noted that the remaining drones failed to reach their intended targets, thanks to the combined efforts of anti-aircraft units, mobile fire groups, and electronic warfare operations.
