In a significant blow to Russia's military efforts, Ukraine's Defence Forces have eliminated 880 Russian soldiers and taken out 13 tanks, along with 37 armored vehicles and 12 artillery systems, all in just the last day.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shared this update on Facebook, detailing the extensive losses Russia has faced since the beginning of the conflict on February 24, 2022, up to February 26, 2024:
Military personnel casualties are now approximately 410,700, with an increase of 880 in the latest count.
Tanks lost by Russia total 6,555, with 13 added to the count.
Armored combat vehicles destroyed are 12,478, including 37 recent losses.
Artillery systems taken out stand at 9,993, with 12 more lost recently.
Air defense systems destroyed total 686, with two recent additions.
Strategic and tactical UAVs lost by Russia are 7,707, with 26 added.
Cruise missiles destroyed total 1,910, with three recent losses.
Vehicles and tankers destroyed are now 13,037, with 26 more reported recently.
Special vehicles and other equipment losses stand at 1,580, with two added recently.
