Recipe for Tiramisù Ready in 10 Minutes

To make this tiramisù, you only need 10 minutes and neither eggs nor flour are required. You just need mascarpone, sugar, hot water, instant coffee, vanilla extract, cocoa, and whipping cream.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g mascarpone

  • 50 g sugar

  • A bit of vanilla extract

  • 50 g instant coffee

  • 100 ml hot water

  • 300 g ladyfingers (savoiardi)

  • Some unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Take a bowl and add the mascarpone, then the vanilla extract, and finally the liquid cream for cooking. Mix well until you get a smooth, homogeneous white mixture.

  2. Take another bowl and add the instant coffee, then pour in the boiling water and sugar. Mix well until you get a dense and fragrant coffee.

  3. Take a baking dish and start making the layers of the dessert. The first layer is made of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, arranged neatly lengthwise. Soak each ladyfinger one by one.

  4. The second layer is made of the cream and mascarpone mixture, spread evenly.

  5. The third layer is made of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, followed by another layer of cream and mascarpone.

  6. Afterward, let the dessert rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

  7. Before serving, sprinkle a generous amount of unsweetened cocoa on top. The dessert is ready to be enjoyed.

Pairings with This Dessert:

You can enjoy this wonderful dessert as an afternoon snack with a nice espresso or cappuccino, or for breakfast instead of the classic croissant or milk with cereal. Tiramisù is also perfect as a dessert when having guests over for dinner.

If you want to pair a liqueur with the coffee, we recommend Limoncello, Mandarinetto, or a coffee liqueur.
