The accident occurred at the 'Floors' exhibition center, a well-known building on Ligovsky Prospekt, a major thoroughfare in the city.

According to Fontanka, the incident, which took place around six in the evening, was reported by witnesses to the Agency for Journalistic Investigations (AJI) on December 4th.

The teenager, in a bid to capture the perfect selfie, reportedly leaned too far over the railing of a third-floor terrace and lost his balance, resulting in a fall to the ground.
