Venezuela’s government has issued a public warning telling its citizens not to travel to the United States, calling the country dangerous and hostile toward immigrants.
In an official video message shared on Telegram, Caracas urged both travelers and Venezuelans already living in the US to return home for their safety.
“There Is No American Dream There, Only Nightmares”
In the strongly worded message, the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry declared:
“There is no American dream there, only nightmares.”
It called on Venezuelans to “protect their lives and those of their families and return to their homeland.”

The ministry further claimed the US is a country “where human rights do not exist for immigrants.”
