Insider says even Trump’s son is worried: “You have to understand the extreme anomaly”

Eric Trump reportedly confronted his father directly.

Powerful people usually have gatekeepers who manage their schedules and keep the chaos at bay.

But sometimes those assistants become the story themselves. When loyalty turns into an obsession, the people closest to the boss start to worry.

A growing shadow

President Donald Trump is rarely seen these days without a young aide by his side. Natalie Harp has become a permanent fixture in his daily routine.

Her constant presence has reportedly pushed his own wife away from public events. The situation has alarmed his inner circle.

Journalist Michael Wolff details this bizarre dynamic in his latest release, All or Nothing. The explosive book claims that top campaign officials and family members have tried to step in and fix it.

Eric issues a warning

Eric Trump reportedly confronted his father directly about the unusual relationship. He expressed deep concerns over the young woman and her rapidly expanding influence over the administration.

But the aging president completely dismissed his son. According to Wolff, Donald Trump waved away the warnings with a simple defense.

“She just loves her president,” Trump allegedly said in response.

The excuse did little to calm the nerves of senior staff. Susie Wiles, who led his campaign at the time, was reportedly baffled and offended by the grip Harp held over him.

The locker room

To maintain absolute access, the young assistant went to extreme lengths. She refused to let physical distance get in her way during summer visits to his New Jersey golf club.

She initially secured a maid’s room from the grounds staff. When that felt too far from the main house, she moved into the women’s locker room to ensure she could answer his calls instantly.

This obsessive devotion sparked serious conversations behind closed doors. Secret Service agents quickly voiced their own deep worries about the bizarre living arrangement.

Nobody gets past her

Wolff paints a picture of a gatekeeper who bypassed normal political channels entirely. He notes that senior staff members regularly found and passed around love letters she had written to the boss.

“You have to understand the extreme anomaly here, the weirdness of it all,” Wolff writes. “The candidate is at all times attended by an openly besotted young woman.”

By early 2024, the running joke among staff had become a grim reality.

“Nobody got between Harp and Trump,” Wolff notes in the book. “And you only got to Trump by going through Harp.”
