Trump’s latest court fight sparks new speculation: “Where does Melania actually live?”

Life in the political spotlight often demands a perfect public image.

Behind closed doors, high-profile couples sometimes live completely different realities.

Now, a fierce legal battle is dragging those private arrangements into full view.

Living apart

A high-stakes court fight has sparked fresh questions about where the First Lady actually spends her time. Author Michael Wolff recently took to his YouTube channel to discuss new court filings regarding Melania Trump.

According to a report from the Irish Star, the author claims that Melania resides almost exclusively in New York. This places her roughly 225 miles away from her husband at the White House.

The location issue surfaced when lawyers for the President tried to shift a legal dispute to Florida. Wolff seized on the move.

“This opens them up to another line of inquiry. Where actually does Melania live?” Wolff asked his audience.

The superstar claim

The author says his team submitted detailed paperwork to prove the First Lady avoids both Washington and Florida. He argues she has zero interest in political duties.

“She does not live in Florida and she does not live side by side with her husband. This is an important message to the country and to history,” Wolff stated.

He added that she is essentially avoiding public service. “She is not supporting the people’s work or her husband’s work. Rather she is in New York City, virtually on a full-time basis, living the life or trying to live the life of a superstar. Melania the movie. Melania the New Yorker,” he said.

The feud started after Melania threatened to sue Wolff for defamation. She flatly rejected his comments about her supposed connections to Jeffrey Epstein, calling the claims completely false.

A contorted posture

Wolff tried to strike first by asking a New York court to protect his speech. US District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil dismissed that preemptive effort in May.

The judge criticized his strategy in a detailed decision. She noted the case was filed in a “somewhat contorted posture” and accused the author of an “inappropriate level of tactical gamesmanship”.

Wolff insists his legal actions are necessary to uncover the truth and challenge the administration directly. Meanwhile, the First Lady remains entirely firm in her stance.

“The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need to end today,” she stated. She added, “I have never been friends with Epstein. Donald and I were invited to the same parties as Epstein”.
