Kremlin Unsure of U.S. Weapon Plans

Following Trump’s pledge to boost military aid to Ukraine, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that it remains unclear what specific weapons the U.S. plans to deliver. He noted ongoing confusion and called for time to clarify the scale and nature of the assistance.

European Arms Still Flowing

While uncertainty surrounds U.S. aid, Peskov emphasized that European countries are actively supplying Ukraine with weapons. He said it is “obvious” that arms shipments from Europe have not slowed, characterizing them as a key factor in sustaining Kyiv’s resistance.

Trump’s Aid Focus: Defensive Weapons

On Monday, President Donald Trump confirmed the U.S. would send more weapons to Ukraine, focusing primarily on defensive systems. The announcement followed renewed Russian advances along several segments of the front line, raising concerns over Ukraine’s ability to hold ground.
