Trump has teased a big announcement regarding Russia coming today.
Both the Secretary General of NATO and the German Secretary of Defense is heading to Washington DC Monday.
What is happening?
US Senator Lindsey Graham said in an interview in the CBS-program ‘Face the Nation’, that the coming days will see “record numbers of weapons flow into Ukraine to help them defend themselves”, AP reports.
Patriots coming
Additionally, a deal seem to have been struck between the US and the other NATO-members, securing vital supplies of Patriot-missiles to Ukraine.
NATO-members will pay US
During the Night (CET), US President Donald Trump confirmed that the US will send Patriots to Ukraine as well as other types of advanced military equipment.
The shipments are part of a new deal between the US and the other NATO-members, which states that the other NATO-members will pay the US for some of the weapons being shipped to Ukraine.
Trump-Putin bromance finally over?
Donald Trump said that Putin has surprised a lot of people.
“He (Putin) talks nice and the bombs everyone during the night. But there’s a small problem there, and I don’t like it,” Trump said.
Secretary General of NATO heading to DC
Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, is reportedly heading to Washington DC today, Monday.
He’s scheduled to meet with Trump at 10 AM Eastern (3 pm CET).
The German Secretary of Defene is also heading to DC today.
Big announcement coming
Last week, Donald Trump hinted that a big announcement regarding Russia would come Monday. He didn’t specify what the announcement would be about.

This could hit countries like China and India.
