Authorities admit fault — but play it down
Belgorod district official Tatyana Kruglakova confirmed to WP Wiadomości that the beaten student “is fine and the classes did not cause him any harm.”
She said disciplinary measures were taken against the school principal and staff responsible.
While insisting there was “no bad intent,” Kruglakova admitted that “untrained instructors cannot be allowed to participate in classes with children.”
Parents demand full investigation
Parents are calling for psychological evaluations of the military officers involved and stricter oversight of such training programs.
