Al Pacino recently made headlines by becoming a father for the fourth time. However, a new development has emerged. According to etonline: his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, is seeking to become the primary legal guardian of their 3-month-old son, Roman.
Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah welcomed their son Roman in June of this year.
Roman was born at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on June 6. Just six days after his birth, both parents signed a voluntary declaration of parentage, acknowledging Pacino's paternity.
Alfallah has filed for custody and is requesting full physical custody of Roman. She has asked that Pacino be granted "reasonable visitation" rights. This means that while Roman would live with Alfallah, Pacino would still have the opportunity to spend time with his son.
Despite the custody filing, Al Pacino's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, clarified that the couple has not separated.
"Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman," Rosenfield stated.
Al Pacino has three adult children: Julie Pacino, 33, from his relationship with Jan Tarrant, and 22-year-old twins Olivia and Anton Pacino from his relationship with Beverly D'Angelo. Additionally, actress and model Camila Morrone considers Pacino her stepfather, as he dated her mother for some time.
