We've all been there, searching for our phone in the house, the car, or the office, and it's nowhere to be found. Even worse, it's on silent mode. Below is the ultimate trick to find your phone easily and quickly, no matter which device you have.

Searching for your phone while it's on silent is undoubtedly one of the most frustrating experiences. However, it happens.

There are times when you might not even know if you left it somewhere in the house or even in the car. But there is a way to find it quite easily. No matter what device you have.

Mobile Phone: What to Do If You Have Android or iOS

Firstly, if you have an Android device, you can use Google Device Manager.

What do you need to do?

Access this application from another device. For example, you can use a desktop computer, your laptop, or your tablet. By sending a specific signal to the phone, through a process, it bypasses the silent mode, and the phone starts ringing normally.

More specifically, you log into your Gmail account from android.com/devicemanager and select the desired action (Ring). You can even set it to ring at the highest volume to ensure you hear the sound.

The solution for iOS devices works in a similar way. You access iCloud from another iOS device and select the "Find My Phone" function, setting the sound your phone will play to find it. It rings so loudly that it's impossible not to locate it.
