What is happening?

Wednesday morning, Polish airspace was violated by a number of suspected Russian drones.
According to Polish PM, Donald Tusk, 19 Russian Drones entered Polish airspace.
Russia: “No evidence, it was Russian drones”

There has still been no official response from the Kremlin following the events of the night, but Russian Charge d’Affaires in Poland, Andrei Ordash, says to Russian state-owned news agency RIA Novosti, that Poland has not provided any evidence that the drones were Russian.
“Groundless accussations”

“We consider the accusations groundless. No evidence has been presented that these drones are of Russian origin,” the diplomat said.

Belarus: Drones got lost

According to Belarus (famously known for being an ally of Russia), the drones got lost because of electronic jamming.
According to a statement on Telegram, Belarus informed both Poland and Lithuania about the situation during the night.
NATO’s Article 4 activated

According to Reuters, Poland has activated NATOs Article 4 following the assault.
Note that it is not Article 5 – so what is the difference?
