One prominent political figure just shared a very unusual vision of the world.
A different map
Donald Trump has shared a striking new graphic on his social media accounts. The digital image features a map stretching from Greenland all the way down to Nicaragua.
Every piece of land in that massive area is painted in the colours of the American flag. Below the image, a simple caption reads, “United States of America.”
He offered no extra words to explain the expansion.
The geography itself has also had a major makeover. According to the Polish Press Agency, the Gulf of Mexico has been renamed the American Gulf. The Caribbean Sea is also inexplicably placed to the east of Florida.
Past territorial claims
This is not the first time the former president has shared similar alternative geography. He previously posted altered pictures. They showed European leaders in the Oval Office staring closely at a similar chart.
That older version swallowed up Greenland, Cuba, and Venezuela, while leaving Mexico untouched.
The Polish Press Agency reported that Trump has frequently claimed ownership of Greenland. He even floated the idea of turning Venezuela or Canada into the 51st American state.
Cuba was also named as a target for a takeover on several occasions.
Space and hockey sticks
The map was just one small piece of a frantic morning online. By Monday afternoon, he fired off more than a dozen separate messages to his followers.

Things took an even stranger turn late on Sunday night. He uploaded an AI video of himself attacking Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney with a hockey stick.
In that same bizarre clip, he referred to the Canadian leader as a “governor.”
Reaching for the stars
Earth clearly is not enough for his ambitions anymore. The barrage of posts included a graphic proudly stating, “The Moon is OURS.”
Matching this bold cosmic claim, a separate image showed him dressed up as a spaceship captain. He was wearing a fictional new uniform for the military space branches.
Nobody knows exactly what inspired this sudden digital creativity. But it undoubtedly keeps his millions of followers guessing about his next big move.
