Former President Donald Trump took to his own Truth Social to express his concerns over the influx of migrants into the United States. In the post, which is a rant against the Democrats, Trump believes he has figured out the Democrats' plan.
Accusations Against Democrats
Trump described the migrants as "totally unvetted" and accused Democrats of allowing their entry into the country for electoral gains.
Trump's post read,
"It’s becoming more and more obvious to me why the 'Crazed' Democrats are allowing millions and millions of totally unvetted migrants into our once great Country. IT’S SO THEY CAN VOTE, VOTE, VOTE."
He further claimed that these migrants are being rapidly signed up without proper identification, implying a potential impact on the integrity of the voting process.

Call to Republican Leadership
The former president also called on the Republican Party to take action against this issue. He specifically addressed Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in his post, urging him and other Republicans to "wake up and do something, before it is too late."
The claim of migrants being allowed to vote without proper vetting is a point of debate and has not been substantiated with concrete evidence.
Trump's rant comes shortly after he was barred from the ballots for the presidential election in Maine.
