As Russia’s war against Ukraine drags into its third year, the Kremlin has been amplifying unusual voices.

Kremlin turns to mystics amid war fatigue

Among them is Adelina Panina, a psychic who has made headlines with her predictions about the conflict’s outcome.

Her remarks, carried by Kremlin-backed media, blend certainty of victory with a darker forecast of exclusion and division after the war.

Who is Adelina Panina?

Adelina Panina is a clairvoyant promoted in pro-Kremlin outlets. She has given predictions on Russia’s future, both during and after the war in Ukraine.

Her role is symbolic rather than official, but her words are used to fuel narratives of Russian resilience and inevitability.

In her latest comments, she said she was “sure” of the result of the war.

“We are confidently moving towards inevitable victory”

Speaking to MK, Panina declared:

“We are confidently moving towards inevitable victory, and this time Russia will not be able to be outwitted. Everything will be recorded, as they say, on paper.”

Her words underline the Kremlin’s push to convince citizens that the war is heading only in one direction, toward Russian triumph.

Peace agreement before the end of the year

Panina went further, predicting that “in the foreseeable future, some kind of peace agreement will be signed, where the victory of our country will be recorded. Most likely, this will happen before the end of this year.”

The claim echoes official messaging that Russia’s goals are within reach despite ongoing heavy losses.

A “golden age” after the war

According to Panina, the war’s conclusion will mark a turning point in Russian history.

She described it as a coming “golden age of Russia,” in which the nation will recover from sanctions and emerge stronger on the international stage.

This vision of revival is a recurring theme in Kremlin-friendly narratives.

Celebrities and brands may try to return

After what she framed as Russia’s victory, Panina predicted that celebrities and businesses who left the country during the war would attempt to return.

But she insisted that not everyone would be welcomed back, leaving the door open for selective reintegration into Russian society and markets.

“Not all of them will get back”

Panina explained:

“Of course, each of them is thinking about returning. I can say with absolute certainty: not all of them will get back. This also applies to foreign brands that left the Russian market with the beginning of the special military operation.”

Her statement casts returnees as opportunists rather than patriots.

“As is well known, traitors are not liked anywhere”

Her warning was blunt:

“Many of them will remain on the sidelines, although they will express a desire to work in Russia. As is well known, traitors are not liked anywhere. And everyone should understand this.”

By linking exile with betrayal, Panina reinforced the Kremlin line that loyalty during wartime is the ultimate test of character.

A war still grinding on

Despite mystical predictions of “inevitable victory,” the war shows no sign of ending quickly.

Russian missiles and drones continue to strike Ukrainian cities, while tensions rise after repeated incursions into NATO territory.

Panina’s vision offers a glimpse into the Kremlin’s propaganda strategy, but reality on the battlefield tells another story.
