A video of a furious Russian man raging at the filth flooding a WWII cemetery has gone viral, and it’s being seen as a national embarrassment for Putin.
The emotional outburst, filmed in the city of Samara, shows graves of Soviet veterans submerged in sewage water after a burst pipe.
