Parker and Stone are not wasting any opportunity to take jabs at Trump at the moment.
The minds behind the iconic animated comedy series South Park have decided on rebranding the show for its upcoming 29th season.
Trey Parker and Matt Stone posted an official social media image featuring their famous town sign edited to read SOUTH AMERICA.
The move directly spoofs recent efforts by US President Donald Trump to push new names for major geographical landmarks. Tech giants updated their digital maps for American users after executive orders targeted Lake Ontario and the Gulf of Mexico.
Taking a direct jab at corporate compliance, the show runners released a cheekily worded statement on social media.
“Inspired by the bravery and patriotism of Apple and Google, we are changing the name of South Park to SOUTH AMERICA,” South Park wrote on its official X-account.

The creators did not stop at poking fun at geography. They also aimed their wit squarely at their corporate overlords following recent media merger battles.
“We especially want to thank our parent company Paramount – a Skydance Capitulation,” its creators said in the post.
Longtime political targets
Tensions between the hit animated comedy and political leaders are nothing new. For nearly three decades, the series has systematically mocked sitting presidents, drawing intense scrutiny and angry public responses along the way.
That friction flared up during the 27th season after an episode portrayed the president in bed with the devil. The White House struck back sharply, labeling the series a “fourth-rate” show that was “hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention”.
Despite the ongoing political warfare, the long-running show continues to rack up major industry praise. It took home an Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program on Sunday night.
The creators marked the win with another online jab, posting a fictional image of Trump alongside a sting: “You finally got your Emmy.”

Viewers can catch the new season when it premieres on September 16.
