Consumer Reports analyzed 300,000 cars from model years 2022-2025. The key question was: “Would you buy a car from this brand again?”
The results reveal significant differences between brands. Below, the car brands are ranked based on owner satisfaction. The percentage indicates how many owners would consider purchasing from the same brand again.
Jeep (51%)

Jeep owners report the most dissatisfaction. Many complain about reliability issues, ride comfort, and interior quality.
Only 51% of Jeep owners from the study would buy a Jeep again.
Mercedes (53%)

Despite its premium reputation, Mercedes has disappointed owners, especially due to expensive repairs and technical problems.

Volkswagen (54%)
