Russia carried out another large-scale missile and drone attack on Ukraine overnight, marking the third consecutive night of intense bombardment, Ukrainian authorities confirmed on Monday.
According to Ukraine’s Air Force, as cited by Digi24, the assault included cruise missiles and a large number of combat drones.
An air raid alert was issued across the entire country, lasting up to six hours in Kyiv, said Timur Tkachenko, head of the city’s military administration.
Tkachenko reported material damage in at least one neighborhood but said there were no casualties reported in the capital as of Monday morning.

In the Kyiv region, both drones and missiles were used, damaging infrastructure in three districts, according to the region’s military administration.
Air defense systems were deployed widely, and residents reported numerous explosions throughout the night.
In Odesa, Russian drones struck the Black Sea city, causing fires and damage to private homes, Ukraine’s Emergency Service confirmed.
Further east, in Kharkiv, Governor Oleh Syniehubov said on Telegram that a series of loud explosions were heard overnight as Russia targeted the city once again.
Weekend Assaults Leave Dozens Dead
The weekend saw some of the heaviest aerial attacks in months, with hundreds of drones launched by Russian forces.
On Sunday alone, at least 12 people were killed and dozens more injured, Ukrainian officials said.
Ukraine responded by launching combat drones of its own, including strikes aimed at Moscow, which temporarily disrupted air traffic in the Russian capital.
These back-to-back nights of strikes highlight Russia’s continued use of drone swarms and missile barrages to target Ukraine’s infrastructure and major cities.
Ukrainian air defenses remain active but under pressure as both sides escalate drone warfare.
