Festive lights are up, lists are growing and Europe’s gift-buyers are deep into the annual hunt for the perfect present. This year’s trends aren’t hard to spot — Galaxus search data offers a clear preview of what will end up wrapped beneath living-room trees.
From Apple gear to grown-up Lego builds, certain categories are dominating the season.
Apple on top
Galaxus customers are typing “iphone” and “airpods” more than anything else, with “ipad” and “apple watch” also landing in the platform’s top queries. The data signals that many shoppers are willing to spend more to secure popular Apple gadgets for family and friends.
Lego sets follow closely. “Lego technic” is currently the third-most-searched term, as buyers anticipate models such as the Ferrari FXX K, Ford Bronco and the Nissan Skyline from “2 Fast 2 Furious.”
“Lego star wars” also ranks inside the top 10. According to Galaxus, a notable share of demand now comes from adults — four of November’s 10 best-selling Lego sets were designed for players aged 18 and over.

The PlayStation 5 sits in fourth place among search terms, proving that Sony’s console remains a must-have item years after launch. Further down the list, the Nintendo Switch 2 ranks eighth, cementing gaming as a central theme for this holiday season.
Kitchen appliances, meanwhile, round out the chart.
Home gadgets
Air fryers take ninth place, riding the broader trend toward healthier home cooking. Coffee machines follow in tenth, with many shoppers eyeing upgrades — whether a portafilter device or a fully automatic model — as gifts for others or themselves.
