Since the invasion of Ukraine began, over 1,000 companies have publicly announced their voluntary reduction of operations in Russia, surpassing the minimum mandates of international sanctions. While some companies have declared a complete exit, shutting down their Russian operations, others have merely suspended their business activities or halted planned investments.
A select few continue to operate as usual.
From the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, a professor at the Yale University Executive Institute, together with a group of experts and students, has been tracking companies that were and are engaged in business within Russia.
Their research has been compiled into a comprehensive list that is updated daily, aiming to provide information as close to real-time as possible.
