Big blow for Russia: Ukraine strikes a heavy blow by destroying Russian air defense system

In a significant development, Ukraine has destroyed a Russian air defense system, according to a morning update from the Ukrainian General Staff cited by The Kyiv Independent.

The Ukrainian authorities have reported that Russia has lost 350 soldiers within the last 24 hours, bringing the total Russian losses since the escalation of the conflict in February 2022 to 282,630.

Additionally, Russia has lost military equipment, including armed vehicles, tanks, artillery systems, drones, multiple rocket launchers, airplanes, helicopters, cruise missiles, air defense systems, specialized military equipment, boats, and a submarine.

Ukraine rarely discloses information about its own losses in the conflict.
