Russia has lost 400,300 troops in Ukraine since beginning of the full-scale war.

Since launching a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Russia has faced significant losses to its troops and equipment.

The General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces disclosed on the morning of February 16 that Russia has lost around 400,300 troops in the conflict.

This number includes the 1,210 casualties Russian forces suffered over the past day.

Equipment Losses

The report further details substantial losses in military hardware, including 6,465 tanks, 12,129 armored fighting vehicles, and 12,716 vehicles and fuel tanks.

Additionally, Russia's losses extend to 9,641 artillery systems, 984 multiple launch rocket systems, 671 air defense systems, 332 airplanes, 325 helicopters, 7,408 drones, and 25 boats.
