Former CIA-linked remote viewer Lyn Buchanan has claimed that secret alien installations are hidden beneath remote mountain ranges across the globe. Speaking on a podcast, he described alleged extraterrestrial surveillance centers, UFO maintenance facilities and transit hubs, while acknowledging that no public evidence exists to support the claims.

Extraordinary claims about secret extraterrestrial facilities have resurfaced after a former participant in a controversial U.S. military program said he identified several alleged alien bases hidden beneath remote mountain ranges.

Speaking on a recent podcast, retired Army intelligence veteran Lyn Buchanan described locations he says were uncovered through “remote viewing,” a practice once investigated by U.S. intelligence agencies during the Cold War.

Secret locations

According to The Daily Express, Buchanan made the claims during an appearance on the American Alchemy podcast.

He alleged that four underground facilities are located beneath Mount Hayes in Alaska, Mount Zeil in Australia, Mount Nyangani in Zimbabwe, and a site in the Pyrenees mountains between Spain and France.

Buchanan said the locations were first identified in 1973 by remote viewer Pat Price, whose findings later became part of government-sponsored psychic research programs.

Cold War project

According to The Daily Express, Buchanan served in a military unit connected to the controversial STARGATE program, which explored whether psychic abilities could be used for intelligence gathering.

The project investigated claims that individuals could obtain information about distant locations without physically being present.

The U.S. government eventually ended the program in 1995 after concluding it provided no reliable intelligence value.

Skeptics have long pointed to the lack of scientific evidence supporting remote viewing claims.

Alien facilities

Buchanan claimed each alleged base serves a different purpose.

According to his account, the supposed installation beneath Mount Hayes functions as a surveillance center monitoring activity on Earth.

He also described the Mount Zeil location as a type of extraterrestrial transit hub, claiming it contains multiple underground levels, docking facilities and maintenance areas.

Regarding Mount Nyangani, Buchanan alleged it serves as a repair facility for extraterrestrial technology.

No evidence

Despite the detailed descriptions, no public evidence has been produced to verify the existence of any of the alleged sites.

Buchanan acknowledged that he never personally investigated the purported Pyrenees location through remote viewing.

He nevertheless maintained that multiple participants in the program independently produced similar descriptions of some targets without prior knowledge of their locations.

Experts and critics continue to regard such claims as unproven, noting that neither the former STARGATE program nor subsequent investigations produced evidence confirming the existence of alien bases.
