Threats and new “Victory Days”: This happened in the Trump-administration while you were asleep

One thing is certain: With Donald Trump as the American President, you can be sure there will be something happening in the U.S. pretty much all the time the Country is awake – meaning it will be impossible to stay up to date, if you live in Australia, Europe or anywhere else where you usually sleep while America is awake.

It has been a hectic first 100 days of the Second Trump Presidency, and you might wonder how Trump can get so much done – well, part of explanation is that he only sleeps for four hours a night.

Doctor: Trump ‘doesn’t need’ much sleep

During his first stint as President, The White House physician, Dr. Ronny Jackson, explained that President Trump simply do not need a lot of sleep to function, and that the President has ‘probably been like that his whole life’.

Threatening to pull from Russia-Ukraine-talks

The first thing that happened was actually not a ‘Trump-Moment’. Marco Rubio, the United States Secretary of State, once again threatened to pull the U.S. from the Russia-Ukraine-talks, if they don’t see a breakthrough ‘very soon’.

‘There comes a point’

According to CNN, Rubio said that if an agreement between Russia and Ukraine was not reached soon, Donald Trump might switch his focus to other issues instead. “We’ve got so many, and I would argue even more important, issues going on in the world’, the Secretary said.

Wants protection lifted for 350,000 migrants

There is roughly 350,000 Venezuelan migrants living in the U.S. under the porection of what’s called the Temproary Protected Status (TPS) program. This protects the migrants from deportation.

Asking Supreme Court for help

Thursday, The Trump Administration asked the American Supreme Court to terminate the TPS program. If the Supreme Court does so, it will make it possible for the Trump Administration to deport the migrants.

J.D. Vance: The Russia-Ukraine War won’t end any time soon

In an interview with Fox News, the Vice President of the U.S., J.D. Vance, said he doesn’t think the Russia-Ukraine-War will end any time soon. He added that it’s up to the Russians and Ukrainians to stop the ‘brutal conflict’.

Two new American Victory Days

The Americans never celebrate anything, Trump wrote on his Social Network, Truth Social. This is why he is announcing that the U.S. now have two new official ‘Victory Days’ to celebrate the Victories of the two World Wars.

The First World War

On November 11th, America will now celebrate the Victory of the First World War.

The Second World War

On May 8th, it will be time to celebrate the Victory of the Second World War.

‘We won them both’

The President finished his pot on Truth Social with: ‘We won both Wars, nobody was close to us in terms of strength, bravery, or military brilliance, but we never celebrate anything — That’s because we don’t have leaders  anymore, that know how to do so! We are going to start celebrating our victories again!’

Threatening Oil Buyers

Finally, Trump as threatened ‘any country and indicidual’ that buys oil from Iran. IN a post on Truth Social, he stated that any country or individual doing so will be subject to immediate Secondary Sanctions, explaining that it will ban them om doing business in the United States.
